Who we are

FreshICP is operated by FreshICP Ltd. We provide weekly ICP intelligence reports to B2B founders, sales, and revenue teams. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the service and communicate with you. This includes:

Name and business email address (when you sign up or contact us)
Company name and ICP inputs you provide when setting up a report
Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) via HubSpot analytics
Communication history (emails, support threads) so we can serve you well

We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, or government identification. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (Stripe), and we do not store card details.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

Deliver your weekly ICP report and related communications
Respond to your questions and support requests
Improve the accuracy of our signal-matching system based on your feedback
Send product updates and relevant content (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data sources we use in reports

FreshICP generates account shortlists using public and licensed professional data sources. These include firmographic databases, tech stack signals, funding data, job signals, and verified contact information from compliant B2B data providers.

We do not scrape personal social profiles, access login-gated content, or use data obtained in violation of platform terms of service.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies to understand how visitors use it, improve the experience, and track form submissions. We use HubSpot as our CRM and website platform. You can opt out of non-essential cookies using our cookie settings or by adjusting your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party retargeting pixels beyond basic analytics.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.
